Recipe: Catfish Baked Beans of Blacks

When I think about cooking, I think of my favorite chefs, Jamie Oliver , Mario Batali, Gordon Ramsay , and of course Giada De Laurentiis is a CICCINA.

But I like watching the chef Martin Yan of . It is a Chinese Chef. I love all her recipes, but I want to especially share this:

Catfish Baked Beans of Blacks

    Ingredients Ingredients for the marinade:

    • two tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
    • a spoonful of sauce and garlic beans blacks
    • one and a half teaspoon of oil Sesame
    • a teaspoon of sugar

    Ingredients for the baked catfish:

    • a pound of catfish joints, cut into 4 equal parts
    • a tablespoon of vegetable oil
    • half a medium onion, finely chopped

    User

    Marinade: Combine

    1. the marinade ingredients in medium bowl. Add the catfish
    2. fittings and cover with marinade.
    3. Let stand for about minutes.

    Catfish Baked Beans of Blacks:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.
    2. In a pan heat the oil at high temperature.
    3. Please add the onion and cook for two minutes until a little brown.
    4. Pour onion on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or in a saucepan.
    5. Put the fitting of catfish on the onion.
    6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about tell minutes.

Serves four.
