When I think about cooking, I think of my favorite chefs, Jamie Oliver , Mario Batali, Gordon Ramsay , and of course Giada De Laurentiis is a CICCINA.
But I like watching the chef Martin Yan of . It is a Chinese Chef. I love all her recipes, but I want to especially share this:
- two tablespoon Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- a spoonful of sauce and garlic beans blacks
- one and a half teaspoon of oil Sesame
- a teaspoon of sugar
- a pound of catfish joints, cut into 4 equal parts
- a tablespoon of vegetable oil
- half a medium onion, finely chopped
- the marinade ingredients in medium bowl. Add the catfish
- fittings and cover with marinade.
- Let stand for about minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a pan heat the oil at high temperature.
- Please add the onion and cook for two minutes until a little brown.
- Pour onion on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or in a saucepan.
- Put the fitting of catfish on the onion.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about tell minutes.
